ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the complaint preferred by the fourth respondent has been enquired and the same was closed, since the issue between the parties is civil in nature. The copy of the Closure Report has also been placed before this Court. There is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police as alleged by the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
