During the course of the arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that further brothers and sisters, namely, Sengol, son of Sevanthi Nadar, Amalorpavam, wife of Kulanthaisamy Nadar, Innasi Ammal wife of Alangaram, and Arulandu s/o. Sevanthi Nadar are also necessary parties for adjudicating the issue raised in this Writ Petition. In view of the same, suo motu the aforementioned parities are impleaded as Respondents 3 to 6 in this Writ Petition. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.02.2023 and pass appropriate order thereon after holding proper enquiry and include the petitioner's name in the joint patta Nos.31, 1206, 849 and 289 of Peekulam Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District within a time stipulated by this Court.

3.Heard Mr.S.Asaithambi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Muthu Vijayan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

4.The dispute is with respect to the inclusion of the name of the petitioner in joint patta Nos.31, 1206, 849 and 289 of Peekulam Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District 5.The second respondent may issue notice to the petitioner and also to the newly impleaded respondents 3 to 6 and conduct a detailed enquiry and thereafter, come to a considered decision about the representation given by the petitioner herein. Such enquiry should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
