2.The petitioner gave a petition dated 27.08.2012 under Section 10 of Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983 to the second respondent. Due to bifurcation of the Taluk, the fourth respondent is the competent authority.

3.The fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 27.08.2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
