ORDER
According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the aforesaid complaint was closed with an advice that it is purely in civil nature and the parties concerned can get relief in appropriate Civil Court. In view of the report, the complaint was closed.
2. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report, if not served to the petitioner.
3. With a direction to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
