Second Appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 10.04.2019 A.S.No.41 of 2015 on the file of Subordinate Court, Padmanabhapuram confirming the Judgment and decree dated 30.03.2015 passed in O.S.No.141 of 2013 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.VENUGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to condone the delay of 141 days in representing the second appeal in S.A.(MD)No.SR72802 of 2019. 2.Though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, an opportunity for the petitioner is to be given.
