Prayer in CRL OP(MD)No.14017 of 2022:- This Criminal Original petition filed under section 482 of CR.P.C., to direct the Learned Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Thoothukudi to consider the petitioner`s bail application on the same date of his surrender in Crime No.96/2020 pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Angusamy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14017 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022.
