Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.96-1/2018 dated 27.03.2017 pertaining to item No.4 vacant space no.13 for shops and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his Aavin Milk Vending business in the said vacant space no.13 as per the orders of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.87/2005 dated 18.01.2006 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned standing counsel for the local body stated that the petitioner is running a Aavin Booth parlour and that there is no proposal to bring the shop to auction for the present. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
