ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2025 and to take appropriate action against the accused persons.

2. Since this matter was transferred to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tanjavur, this Court has suo motu impleaded him as the 3rd respondent.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that his sis ter's son, along with the proposed accused persons, has created a forged document to usurp the property. Hence, the petitioner seeks to conduct enquiry.

4. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to take the case on file and proceed in accordance with law. If any criminal offence is made out, he shall proceed with the case in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 26.02.2026 KSA 2/4
