ORDER

The revision petitioners / plaintiffs filed this revision to direct the District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai to dispose of the I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.117 of 2021 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The said Interlocutory Application was filed by the petitioners seeking temporary injunction. On perusal of the records it is seen that there is no prayer for permanent injunction in the suit. Now, the petitioners / plaintiffs have filed an amendment petition for declaration before the trial Court, which is pending. Only after disposal of the said amendment Application, the Interlocutory Application I.A.No.1 of 2021 can be disposed of. So without getting disposal in the amendment petition, the petitioners cannot file this revision.

4. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
