This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to provide adequate financial relief under the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2026. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband met with an accident on 10.01.2026 and died on the spot. In this regard, the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the respondents on 28.01.2026, seeking financial relief under the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that for considering the request of the petitioner, the petitioner is supposed to provide the copy of the FIR and postmortem report along with the representation. If the necessary documents are annexed, the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with a copy of the FIR as well as the postmortem report. Upon receipt of the said representation, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the 3/6

same in accordance with law, within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation. There shall be no order as to costs.
