ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to produce the person (or) body of the petitioner's daughter Roja, aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint that her daughter Roja, aged about 19 years was missing. On receipt of the same, the respondent police has secured the daughter of the petitioner and handed over her to the petitioner. Thereafter, the complaint was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
