ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to demarcate the petitioner's land situated in Survey No.222, Utharamangalam Thottam Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District and to issue separate patta, pursuant to the order of the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.5226/2020/A3, dated 24.02.2021, within a time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.J.Parekhkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.By order dated 24.02.2021, the first respondent has remanded the matter back to the second respondent to verify the genuineness of the records and issue patta in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks for implementation of the said order in this writ petition.

W.P.(MD)No.5343 of 2022 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued.
5.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to comply with the directions of the first respondent, dated 24.02.2021, passed in his proceedings in Na.Ka.5226/2020/A3, by verifying the genuineness of the petitioner's documents and issue a patta in favour of the petitioner, thereafter, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire. 6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
