Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner questions the impugned order dated 27.02.2019 passed by the first respondent by the impugned communication. The first respondent has only called upon the writ petitioner to get No Objection Certificate from the jurisdictional Tahsildar. Admittedly, the writ petitioner is in occupation of a Porambokku land. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.As rightly pointed out by the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent, the impugned order is a mere repetition of the requirements set out in regulation No.27(12) of the TamilNadu Electricity Distribution code. When the impugned communication is in consonance with the statutory requirements, the question of this Court quashing the same will not arise. Therefore, the writ petition has to be necessarily dismissed and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
