ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner in any manner in the guise of enquiry by considering his representation, dated 28.02.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, there is a property dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent and thereby, the third respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the false complaint, now the second respondent started to harass the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 28.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner for forging the documents and the same is under enquiry. The second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry purpose but he did not 2/5
appear. Therefore, they will complete the enquiry and dispose of the same within a week.

Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation and not to harass the petitioner and the respondents also stated that they have not harassed the petitioner and only based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they have called the petitioner for enquiry, this Court even without issuing notice to the third respondent inclined to dispose this petition by directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.02.2025 within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order in accordance with law.
5. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
