2. In the light of the above, these Writ Petitions are closed directing the petitioners to work out their remedy in the suit. It is needless to state that the defendants in the suit shall not raise the plea of limitation, as the petitioners have been bonafidely agitating their rights in various fora. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
