This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No.49 of 2015 was already granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23738 of 2014, dated 02.02.2015 with the condition and subsequently, the condition was relaxed and despite the same, one Veera Rama Subbu, Head Constable attached to the 2nd respondent police Station, insisting the petitioner to settle the dispute and thereby, harassed the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondents police.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
