This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.11.2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired by the second respondent and during enquiry, the petitioner did not appear and the proposed accused appeared before the second respondent and the second respondent closed the complaint advising him to approach the Civil Court, as the said dispute is purely civil in nature.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
