The petitioner complains that he faces strong interference from the respondents to his peaceful conduct of Spa.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that there is no interference with the just activities of the petitioner's Spa.

3. The said statement is recorded. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition and hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
