Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The cause of action has arisen only at Coimbatore. Therefore, it is only the Principal Bench that will have territorial jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition. Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to move the Principal Bench of this Court, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
