This petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.142 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. 2, Dindigul. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the said charge sheet. Giving liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh quash petition, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
