ORDER

This Court had held that against an order passed by the Cooperative Tribunal, in an appeal arising out of Sur-charge proceedings under Section 87 of Tamilnadu Co-operative Societies Act, only Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would lie. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to file Civil Revision Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
