This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.36 of 2022 on the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent or any other Deputy Superintendent of Police for complete the investigation in accordance with law within in the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2023.
