ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.6 of 2026 from the file of the third respondent to a different Police Station. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is a case and counter case and an FIR has been registered as against him in Crime No.7 of 2026 before the third respondent Police Station. However, the third respondent Police have not properly investigated the case and they are attempting to close the criminal proceedings as against the accused in Crime No.6 of 2026. Hence, the present petition.
3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and persued the materials available on records.
4.Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to monitor and supervise both the cases in Crime Nos.6 and 7 of 2026 on the file of the third respondent Police. If any decision is taken to close 2/4
any one of the FIRs, the third respondent is directed to obtain prior permission from the first respondent.
5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
