ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent states that the petition mentioned O.A wold be disposed of within three months. The first respondent has given a report indicating that as many as 128 cases are pending before him. These cases will be continued to be kept pending, if the first respondent holding regular sitting.

3. Therefore, the first respondent is strictly directed to hold his sitting every Thursday. It is specifically alleged that the first respondent had not been sitting for the last one year. The Commissioner, HR and CE Department shall monitor this matter. The said cases are scheduled to be heard on 21.03.2019 and hence, the parties shall appear before the first respondent on the said date. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
