ORDER

The petitioner has approached the respondent/Board vide his representation dated 16.02.2023, to dispose of the same. Since the representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has moved an interim application to restrain the fourth respondent from interfering with the administration of the Malungu Oliyullah Dharga Wakf, North Street Muslim Jamath, Thondi, Ramanathapuram District, in his capacity as President, since there has been a General Body resolution removing him from the post of President.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already moved the respondent/Board, the interim application can be moved before the

Board, which shall immediately take up the matter and pass orders on this interim application on or before 23.03.2023.
