ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents seek direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi for speedy disposal of the O.S.No.204 of 2014 pending on its file.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4.
