PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass this petitioner or other plaintiff in the suit in the name of enquiry in the alleged complaint given by the third and fourth respondents.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint preferred by the respondents 3 and 4 has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the Closure Report has also been placed before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
