O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.03.2017 for an effective and proper investigation and file a final report within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.30 of 2018 has been registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 (ii) IPC.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
