Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to pay the medical claim to the petitioner a sum of Rs.26,916/- (Twenty six Thousand and nine hundred and sixteen only) towards the medical expenses with acquired interest incurred by the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 05.01.2019 and 04.03.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to pay a sum of Rs.26,916/- towards the medical expenses with accrued interest to the petitioner, by considering his representations, dated 05.01.2019 and 04.03.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Counsel, who takes notice for the fourth respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he is a retired Government employee and also a member of new Medical Insurance Scheme, 2014. He has spent some amount for taking medical treatment. He made representations to the respondents on 05.01.2019 and 04.03.2019 seeking medical reimbursement. Since the same have not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court by filing this writ petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the nature of prayer as sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
