ORDER
The petitioner seeks for disposal of his representation, dated 18.06.2024 for issuance of separate patta.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner with the consent of learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
4.The petitioner pursuant to the demise of her mother on 25.08.2023 and being the only surviving legal heir, has sought for issuance of separate patta. In this regard, she has made an application on 18.06.2024. The petitioner seeks disposal of the said representation by way of this writ petition.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that apart from the issuance of separate patta, the petitioner has also requested for correctness of extent and sought for suitable direction in this regard. 6.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that there is a difference in extent in the sale deed and in the revenue records and therefore, the representation of the petitioner cannot be considered for correction of extent in the patta. 7.However, on going through the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.06.2024, I do not find any request for correction of extent in the patta. The only request made by the petitioner is for issuance of separate patta. It is always open to the petitioner to take up the issue of correction of the extent separately.
No orders or direction can be issued in the present petition beyond the scope of relief sought for. 8.In view of the above, it would suffice to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.06.
