This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking leave to the petitioner to file the above review petition against the order of this Court dated 28.01.2026 in W.P.(MD) No.1699 of 2026.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, without arraying the petitioner herein in W.P.(MD) No. 1699 of 2026, the respondents 1 and 2, who are the petitioners therein, have sought liberty to file a fresh application for transfer of patta. Aggrieved by the same, the present miscellaneous petition has been filed.
