ORDER

The writ petitioner questions the impugned tender notification issued by the third respondent on the ground that the third respondent must follow the procedure set out in G.O.Ms.No.92, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Na.Ni.4), dated 03.07.2007.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the leaned Government Advocate pointed out that the writ petitioner is not an existing lessee or licensee, he is a new comer. Therefore the petitioner cannot invoke the said G.O. That apart, the petitioner has taken part in the tender process and he was out bid. He was not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the highest tenderer/bidder. Therefore, I find no ground to grant any relief to the writ petitioner. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
