RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.150 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD) No.17 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJA KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this court, dated 07.02.2020 in Crl.MP(MD) No.150 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.17 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the above facts, the condition already imposed

CRL MP(MD) No.3124 of 2020 on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned court on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition ordered accordingly.
