The learned Additional Government Pleader had forwarded a copy of the proceedings, dated 06.02.2023 in Na.Ka.5257/2022/SaPa, wherein, it had been stated that a provisional eligible list would be forwarded to the Government and thereafter, further orders will be passed. 2.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The learned Counsel for the petitioner may examine the nature of the order passed in the proceedings and await for further time and thereafter, take further steps in accordance with law.
