ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner for transfer and posting to the native district of Kanyakumari as the Secondary Grade Teacher within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher on 19.07.2004 at the Panchayat Union
Primary School in Theni District and for the last 15 years, she is serving there. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation to the first respondent on 21.08.2016 to consider her under the seniority for transfer and posting to the native District and her last representation was on 06.06.2018. Since the same have not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court by filing this writ petition.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2018 seeking transfer and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
