PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 72 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as accused No.1 and 4. They were arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 04.03.2020, for the offences punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.72 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail. 2.The petitioners are the owners of JCB and Tempo, which was used to illegally mine excavating red sand and to be sold. On specific information, went to the scene of occurrence and on seeing the police party, the persons involved in the excavation have fleded. CRL OP(MD). No.4916 of 2020 to retrieve the vehicle were apprehended by the respondent police. Since the occurrence has taken place only on 04.03.2020 and the other persons involved are still absconding, this Court is of the view that granting bail to the petitioners for the present will tamper the investigation and securing the absconding accused. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
