Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to implement the direction given by the first respondent in his proceeding in O.Mu.No.28999/2018/D2, dated 17.09.2018 within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
2.The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the direction given by the first respondent in his proceedings, dated 17.09.2018 within a time frame.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that so many persons have encroached on the public road and the representation to remove the encroachments was not considered by the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Despite an opportunity given to the learned Special
Government Pleader, this Court is not able to get any assistance from the learned Special Government Pleader. However, considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the submission of the petitioner that the third respondent can be directed to consider his representation dated 31.08.2018, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.
5.With the above observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
