Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R. JAGADEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3823 of 2018, dated 12.03.2018.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
