RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order and cancel the bail against the respondent/Accused No. 3 granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP.NO. 3377/2018 dated 06.03.2018 Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3377 of 2018, dated 06.03.2018.

2.The petitioner in the main criminal original petition is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.924 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Checkanoorani, Madurai District for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3.The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on condition that she would appear daily before respondent Police. As the said bail condition has not been complied with by the accused, the prosecution has moved this petition for cancellation of bail. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering form cancer. She is a woman aged about 50 years old. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes that she would appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police from tomorrow (i.e. on 22.06.2018) onwards and comply with the said condition till the same would be relaxed by this Court. 5.Since the petitioner has not misused the liberty granted by this Court, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to cancel the bail earlier granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
