ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 16.09.2015 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram, vide letter in D.No.247/2018 dated 07.02.2018, this court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the Execution Application in E.A.No.110 of 2011 in E.A.No.76 of 2011 in E.P.No.37 of 2010 in O.S.No.56 of 2010.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 16.09.2015, by directing the trial Court to dispose of E.A.No.110 of 2011, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There was request from the learned Judge on 06.04.2017, 02.08.2017, 31.10.2017 for extension of time and the same was granted. Now the learned Sub Judge, Ambasamudram, has againsought for further two months time. Hence, the matter was listed today.

3.The learned Judge should keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the matter within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
