ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint preferred against the petitioner is still pending. If the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry, the same will be completed within a time. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry. 4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
