Petition filed under Section 482 of Crl PC to direct the Honourable Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level) Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No. 266/2014 on its file within the time limit stipulated by this Honourble Court.

This petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 15.12.2017 and also the requesting Letter from the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai vide D.No.512/18 dated 28.05.2018 seeking extension of time, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Suyambulingabharathi Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent, the Court made the following order: By letter, dated 28.05.2018 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, has requested further time of four months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.266 of 2014.
2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 15.12.2017.
