Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to reconsider the transfer order of the first respondent dated 26.02.2021 in F.v.06/Fs2/jh.e.m.ngh.f/2016 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.107, Personal and Administrative Reforms (S) Department dated 03.09.2020 and allow the petitioner to continue as Conductor in the second respondent depot.

*********** By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Conductor in the respondent Corporation. The petitioner served as a Conductor in his native place. While so, by order dated 26.02.2021, ge was transferred from Colachel Depot to Vivekananthapuram Depot. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.03.2021, to reconsider the said transfer order. Since, the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition. 3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2021. 4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2021, within a period of twelve [12] weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
