2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the sister of the deceased. On 01.02.2023 the cousin brother of the defacto complainant and his group murdered one Suresh and from that onwards, there was enmity between both the families. Whileso on 05.02.2023 at about 8.15 pm., when the brother of the defacto complainant and one Balakrishnan was sitting near Sri kumaran Timbers, all the accused persons conspired together and attacked the deceased, due to which he sustained injuries and died, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is seen that due to previous enmity all the accused persons conspired together and committed the murder of the deceased. Further the investigation is still in initial sage, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence these petitions stand dismissed.
