This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 22.12.2016.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.225 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 447 and 379 of IPC, on 20.12.2017.

3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
