ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his sister namely Ilakkiya unnecessarily.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is submitted that the petitioner's brother-in-law is an accused in a murder case and that in connection with the said case, the petitioner and his sister are being unnecessarily harassed, even during night hours and early morning.

4.The Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was called upon for enquiry only to know about the whereabouts of the accused. It is further stated that the accused, by name Rajmohan, the brother-in-law of the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

surrendered and that therefore no further enquiry is contemplated and there is no question of harassment.
