ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent police to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.2 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost completed and the final report is likely to be filed within a period of three months. 4.Considering the nature of the complaint and the grievances of the petitioner, this court is inclined to pass the following direction.

4.The second respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2013 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
