This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Sessions 1/4

(Mahila) Court, Madurai to expedite the trial in S.C.No.167 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the trial has already been commenced and P.W.1 is examined on 19.03.2024 and the case is posted to 06.05.2024 for the examination of L.W.2 to L.W.4. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned District Sessions (Mahila) Court, Madurai, to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
