ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent/the Superintending Engineer, Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited, Ramanathapuram to pass orders on the petitioner's applications, dated 22.01.2014, 02.05.2016 and 28.07.2018.
2.Heard the petitioner, who appeared in person and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3.The petitioner, who appear in person, seeks indulgence of this Court to consider his applications, dated 22.01.2014, 02.05.2016 and 28.07.2018 on the basis of the Standing Orders of the TNEB to regularize his suspension period from 19.04.2011 to 08.10.2013, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the same would be considered on merits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court,
without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the last application of the petitioner, dated 28.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
