ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file a final report in Crime No.288 of 2016 on the file of the respondent. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost complete and the final report is likely to be filed within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the nature of the complaint and the grievances of

the petitioner this court is inclined to pass the following direction:

4.1.The respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.288 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
